I have problem with my coracle account i haven’t received any money this month
Customer service is very bad. I have been trying to communicate for a week by phone and email, but no one responds.

Ridiculously bad customer service. We have transferred 12090 euros for blocked account and they are not providing any response.

I hope you're doing well. I am trying to create my account on Coracle for opening a blocked account but unfortunately, it's taking too long and I tried it twice but it's sending me the reference number only, which is ba70186****ra11.
Please let me know how much time it will take to open a blocked account. I need it ASAP.
My second query is, will you provide health insurance and free travel insurance as other popular companies do?

Hi,the coracle service asked me to send a certification about enrollment at the university,but I didnt check my mailbox,I think they could send it per Post,because they had my address in Germany.By the way,I sent all my information.
Till now I didnt get my monthly payment,but I need to pay for my flat rent.Its the 6 of July
