I receive a bill from Cora physical therapy in the amount of 138.00. I have united healthcare dual complete SNF.

I have partial Medicaid from human services. I have a deductible of 273.00. After which Medicaid is responsible to pay the rest. Please review my account and any balances should be forward to Medicaid.

I am fully covered. I met the deductible.

Drug test employees

Need to drug test employees you will be shocked what you find concerned citizens...just check an see an you will be shocked an in disbelieve on a couple occasions I've smelled thing an it's not disinfectant spray so like I said before you will be shocked an in disbelief...so with that just a concern person from paddock

This is the worst place. 3 people at the same time. I was not getting the satisfaction. When I ask if I am doing it right They would say okay but never watch it. Only 15 minutes for the lousy ther

The receptionist asked my for my insurance card and when I was having my therapy. She said time is up and said oh my gosh.

She said i was talking to the receptionist. I said not right and told the person who is in charge Saying I'm sorry a couple of times. I found a much better place to do one on one and improving alot better.

I won't recommend Cora. But I should not have to pay $40 on my last visitn
