I repeatedly you used this survey

/ gaming app that is supposed to pay you for completing certain tasks such as game play rewards for reaching certain levels of tasks like in app purchases and survey completion and they repeatedly did not honor their policies and gave a partial payout for a few games only then ignored my emails and also my boyfriends emails about money owed to us. I have documentation on everything and I am irate with this company(amongst one other company- supreme kings is also a total fn scam as well) same exact scenario except supreme kings awarded me more credits but apparently turned off my ability to cash out after partially reimbursing me with points). I am unemployed and absolutely irate at these *** companies that lie and fraudulently manipulate people

I have tried to redeem my E gift code that I got from Copper when I submitted my coins for credit for Walgreens. When I call or enter the card online to see how much is on the card it says $25 and that its active..

but when I go to use the card in store the people say that they are trying to scan the barcode, but its not coming up as anything then they tell me that I need an actual card, but I didnt receive a card. I just have a screenshot of the card from my Copper app I also tried to add it to my Apple wallet, and that wasnt an option either that I could figure out then I tried to purchase items online with the gift card through the Copper app when it brings me to the Walgreens online through the copper app, it doesnt even give me an option to enter or redeem a gift card unless I go on my Safari on walgreens.com then it gives me an option to enter or redeem the gift card and when I enter redeem gift card, it shows the $25 balance and then when I click the review button, it keeps bringing me back to that same page where you enter the payment. I have also had a Walgreens customer service agent put the items in the cart and transfer me to the automated person where I put my card information in and that also didnt work every time I entered the card. She said she was sorry she doesnt understand the card number.

so at this point, Ive wasted time and money for no reason and at this point Im coming to the conclusion that copper is a scam and Ive told a few of my friends about it. One of my friends told me about it as well. Thats how I found out about it the app so unless somebody can help me out and fix this situation so Im able to use this credit if not, I will just delete the app and never recommend it to anyone.

I have been trying this for hours at a time through different days even spoke to the Walgreens manager in the store and they had no idea and at this point Im getting really frustrated because it doesnt seem like theres an actual customer service person you can speak to over the phone for copper so Im praying that somebody can help me out so I can continue to use the app. Thank you!
