HORRIBLE PEOPLE

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - They were billed hundreds for bogus calls over two years.
  • - They call at least weekly; one rep yelled after a hang-up, with the boss on speaker.

We had them for 2 years and got billed hundreds of dollars for bogus calls. We finally got out - and now they call all the time trying to get us back in.

They call at least once a week - will not take no for an answer.

Had a gal call today and I told her we weren't interested and hung up. She immediately called back to yell at me for hanging up on her - my boss stood here with her on speaker phone and told her NO we weren't interested and she kept rambling on "interested in what, I've not even told you what" - WE KNOW - BEEN THERE DONE THAT - NOT DOING IT AGAIN LADY.

AI Highlights
  • - Copier leads for $45 each with refunds for nonproductive calls.
  • - They charged $270 for one service call, 25 days in advance, and staff ignored calls.
Thecopierrepairman.com is a group of scammers, be aware.

This company called me randomly and said they would provide approved leads for copiers for $45 each. The phone calls coming in would be unique. Any calls that do not generate money would be "refunded" .

After 5 days into their scam, I get a email that my account is maxed out. I call them and they say I had 6 calls. However none of the calls had a unique number like they said, and 5 of 6 of the calls were people asking about other business, nothing to do with my business.

At the end they charged me $270 for 1 service call.

When I called back the sales person Chelsesa Deignan Ignored all my calls, Still has not called back. when I called the main number Kristen and another man double teamed me and said they will not help, and charged my card $270 , 25 days in advance to get their money early. These are some grimy people that will try their best to get whatever they can from you.

Terrible experience I had with these scam artists. If you call these people, they will only tell you what you want to hear , get your credit card number and then charge it.

I have included an email they send to new victims.

Billed $45 for an unqualified lead/call

AI Highlights
  • - I was billed for an unqualified lead.
  • - No indication the call came from Copierrepairman; refunds denied.
  • - They market under my business name with their number.

Not only was I billed for an unqualified lead, there was no indication the call was coming from Copierrepairman either. It was just someone asking me to work on something I did not support.

At the end of the month I was billed.

Calls and emails asking for a refund were ineffective and I was told "That call was a qualified lead by our standards and as such can not be refunded."

They have saturated the internet with marketing under my business name, with their phone number attached, and no way for me to make changes. In effect, they are trying to direct all references to my business through them thus making ineffective my own marketing.

Charged for phone calls that were not service calls.

AI Highlights
  • - They charged $45 per call, even for toner checks.
  • - Most calls were bogus; 1 in 8 yielded business.
  • - Moved to copierepairman.com; it's a lie.

My company was charged $45 for each phone call even if it was just to see if we carried toner or ink jet cartridges. You will receive more phone calls but most of them will be bogus calls.

We had an average of 1 out of every 8 calls that we actually received business from but they still charged for every call. This is the second time I tried to do business with them when they changed from Yext to copierepairman.com because they said they were different now which was a lie.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!

Service Manager

AI Highlights
  • - Charged for all calls though none were about our services.
  • - They claimed no charge unless legitimate, but charges remained and couldn't be reversed.

Charged me for all calls to our number in spite of the fact that none of them where interested in services we actually provide. This is a big SCAM!!!

they tell you in the beginning that there is no charge unless it is a legit call.

I got 1 person that hung up, 1 person asking where we are located, 1 person that we determined had an inkjet which we dont service (as we told CopierRepairman in the beginning)and 1 person with a Fax machine we dont service. All of these calls where charged and i could NOT get them to reverse the charges.

Our company is being charged for customers we had prior to CopierRepairman.com. They will not waive those charges.

Our company will not be paying for customers we already have. They also takeover your internet information of your company name and sub name. We are no longer doing business with them but they still have their numbers with our company name and sub name on the internet with the phones numbers disconnected.

Our company will be turning CopierRepairMan.com over to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and the ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR MISSOURI. WARNING do not do business with this company.
