An interloper company without legal standing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Coparts is a complicit subterfuge of USAA to avoid it's legal responsibility towards it's claimants, declaring undervalued cars as salvage and restoring them to sell and profiting handsomely by legally stealing the property of the injured party. A well thought out criminal enterprise at it's finest.

All this is presented to the public as " providing good service." A predatory organization operating in every state undetected by our lawmakers with the uninformed public bearing the financial brunt. Amazing how the "Mob" has morphed into so-called respectable business over time.

My car was picked up from service collision repair shop by co parts..they were suppose to bring me my car after I bought it back from the insurance company within 48 hours in which they did not get it to me til almost over a week...when I dropped it off at repair shop it was driveable I know I drove it there myself...when co parts finally brought it to me the drive shaft was completely broke off and hanging on the bottom of my car after finay getting the gm to to contact me he wants to claim. He don't no what I'm referring to after reviewing pictures I sent them. Because the damage report stated there was under carriage damage when they locked it up which was not true..even the guy at the repair shop clarified there wasn't any he got the same report I did...and even if it did that would of been due to a bent frame located at the back of the vehichle where I was hot...not a broke drive shaft in the front which wasn't there when I dropped it off after driving it to the repair shop...they are clearly not wanting to take claim.to.what there wrecker did which was hooked up to my drive shaft while towing it and ripped off the transmission...they had the key they didn't even have to hook it up at all they should of done was drive it up on to the wrecker..I paid 600 bucks to buy it back from insurance company because it was still driveable now it's not thanks to co parts..I have to leave a rating before submitting this which is from 1 star to five but u can't pick 0 so I had to atleast pick one star on all which I should t even had to even leave them a 1 star review to submit this
