An interloper company without legal standing
- Alleges Coparts and USAA collude to avoid liability.
- Claims salvage cars are undervalued and sold for profit.
Coparts is a complicit subterfuge of USAA to avoid it's legal responsibility towards it's claimants, declaring undervalued cars as salvage and restoring them to sell and profiting handsomely by legally stealing the property of the injured party. A well thought out criminal enterprise at it's finest.
All this is presented to the public as " providing good service." A predatory organization operating in every state undetected by our lawmakers with the uninformed public bearing the financial brunt. Amazing how the "Mob" has morphed into so-called respectable business over time.
Been waiting for car title since 8/2023
- Copart hasn't sent the rebuilt title yet.
- DMV shows the car is registered to the insurance company, not me; I paid fees and feel ripped.
Copart was to send me a new title i because it needed to be reconstructed. Well, still haven't got it.
So went to DMV and found out my car isnt registered to me its now registered to insurance company, i'm getting the run around they don't even return calls . I paid fees and got ripped.
