Trying to appear like another business. Very frustrating and mispleading.
We don't usually leave tough reviews. We attended with our team in 2022.
This place was bought out by a bunch of billionaires from the Philly/NYC area. They think just because they have money that the little guy should automatically follow them because they have some MLB friends. Now you can see that they are being friendly with ripken baseball.The problem with youth sports is that it is being centralized and commercialized by groups who are filthy rich. Do you think they are in it for the spirit of the game?
Yeah right. First off their services for our elderly folks in the their parking lot are frustrating and they don't go out of their way to help grandparents and the military folks who need help getting to the fields. Please take another look at your parking lot! Enough complaining.
The area is really nice, lots of green rolling mountains around. The food was not bad, but it was pricey. Finally, something is going in because we were confused when we registered and called on phone, we asked for cooperstown park and they said, yes. Come to find out people are confused by the word cooperstown.
The is not the dreams park! Pay attention! We paid our deposit and found out its actually called all star village, and it is NOT in cooperstown. We thought we were at dreams park, and our rental house was near Otsego lake.
It took us 40 minutes one way EACH GAME to get to Oneonta.
Cooperstown All Star Village is actually in Oneonta, NY and not in Cooperstown like the other parks. Buyer beware!

Preferred solution: They should not book teams telling them they are playing in Cooperstown. They are NOT in Cooperstown. Misleading, and made our team angry.
