Cooper Tire And Rubber

Purchased 4 in February/March time frame. I didnt even make it home when one went flat.

Yesterday 8/30/2022 one of them blew out on the interstate going 70 mph. The shop where we bought them said Cooper would only offer 50%. Paid upwards of $220 for the tire to only last a few months . Customer service was rather rude.

Lady tried to tell me that the tires were over inflated at 40-45 lbs. my wifes car tires are smaller and take 35 ll! So how could mine be over inflated!

Dont buy these tires they are not worth the money and the headache. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER COOPER TIRE FOR OF MY VEHICLES EVER AGAIN!!!

Purchased Tires from local distributor 2 years ago.

Two months ago noticed wobbling in front end of Honda CRV.

Brought the vehicle in to have the tires checked. They said that the steel belt had failed in both front tires.

Asked about prorated credit on tires and was told that because the tire was over one year old there was no credit for remaining thread. Tires mileage estimated at less than 20k miles. Thought this was unacceptable. Local vendor said he couldn't do anything for me. We reluctantly purchased two replacement tires. A couple of days ago we noticed a familiar wobble developing in the car and brought the car in to have the tires checked again. Not one but two tires with failed belts. Now all four of Cooper tires had failed within a couple months of each other. What are the odds of that. Well it seems this is quite common for these Cooper tires. Cooper, I was told was a quality tire. Not! These are in fact garbage. And apparently so is the customer support for the products that you sell. Had these tires been credited on thread wear I may have not left the vendor with such a sore feeling in my *** But there it is. It's been said that products sell themselves on their quality and word of mouth. You product has neither. I will not be speaking well of Cooper Tires and recommending highly to all my friends and family not to purchase them or face the possibility of being reamed as I was. Never again.

DO NOT BUY COOPER TIRES! They do not stand by there warranty and are very rude and unhelpful.

I bought 4 cooper discovery at3 xlt 6 months ago and have put 12,000 miles on them and have rotated them every 5,000 miles and 2 of my tires are at 4/32. The other 2 are at 14/32 and they will not replace the 2 that have worn like crazy even with them being rotated every 5,000 miles. They do not tow good at all they feel super soft with a trailer on the truck and do not get good traction. If they wore better I could deal with the tire but the way cooper has treated me through this I will never buy cooper tires and I do not recommend to ANYONE to waste there money with this company.

I have another truck that is a dually with nitto terra grappler g2s and they have 57,000 miles on them and never been rotated and those tires look better than these *** coopers do. Oh and I cant forget they rebate that they do is a total joke to. Dont plan on getting your Visa card for buying cooper tires.

You fill all the stuff out online and they never mail it to you and then dont know what your talking about when you call and ask them about it. So save yourself a lot of time, headaches, and money and do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY COOPER TIRES!

The Fresno tire store I chose to buy my cooper tires from deliberately sold me a set of 4new tires the rear tires were not the size I wanted and the front were not eitherso I returned the car to remove the tires so the store did exchange the two front tires so the car goes from shop to shop in the process of restoring it.i went to look at my car and I noticed that the rear tires were cracking all over.after finding when the tires were made I discovered the front tires are over 5years newer than the rear .and the day I came back to change the front they didn't return my reciet .and after explaining to them refused to put safe tires on it.the tires still have less than 10 miles on them.who can I contact to help me with this matter.my number is (559) 776-****.i prefer to be text.after rewinding the inside to it was obvious it was deliberate.the complete set were purchased at the same time.

I purchased 4 brand new Cooper tires almost a year ago. They were mounted and balanced at Child's Automotive in Saratoga NY.

As soon as I picked up the vehicle and drove off I noticed shaking in my wheels and issues with alignment. I brought my vehicle back to the shop and asked them to rebalanced it as it seems that would be the only cause. I had Bridgestone tires on before the switch and had zero issues. They rebalanced and told me everything was perfect.

I drove off again. The same issues came back. They told me it was because it was a different tire and that it wasn't a balance issue. Since then I have brought the car back to 2 different shops.

I replaced my brakes, calipers, had 2 realignments, tire rod and the tires balanced and cv joints checked. Over the course of of this spending hundreds of dollars. Cooper refuses to do anything.

This vehicle is unsafe to drive with my children. My mechanic wrote a letter stating these issues were

sdfs all caused by faulty tires.
