I want to cancel my second order
My first order has the cards in it that I thought it didn't, and I reordered 5 of the cards. I want to cancel order CSI-883**** for $21.56.

Poor response to customer service communication.
I have purchased many items from coolstuffinc, as they admittedly offer fair prices for most of their collectibles. Unfortunately, as a company that sells rare and variant pieces, one would think they would be cautious about sending the right merchandise.
Case in point, I ordered a rare prime heroclix figure, they sent me the much cheaper rare figure, and then REFUSED to respond to my emails regarding the issue. I called them and still nothing.
So while most of their products are relatively inexpensive, I guess you get what you pay for. Avoid this company and go with the slightly more expensive, VASTLY superior trollandtoad.com

Clearly a scam. Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints.

They do not sell tires. Maybe actually double-check where you buy things instead of complaining about the 1st thing that pops up in Google.
