Very poor customer service

I purchased a go cart from a 3rd party coolster dealer for christmas 2020. My son rode it for about 1 hour when it broke. My father in law who works on all the grandkids go carts, 4 wheelers, dirt bikes tried to fix it. I called the guy we bought it from but only got the run around. I called coolster in California and talked to Jason who gave me the phone number to the guy in Houston where this 3rd party company bough the go cart from. He gave me the info the send the motor to California to get fixed. I Paid $96 to send the motor from Louisiana to Cali. After not hearing anything for a few months I called Jason to find out the status on the motor. After a few more weeks of tracking down the motor, it was sent to Houston but the guy says he didnt know it was there. He ships the motor back to us. My father in law puts the motor back on and makes sure everything is connected and the oil was full. It was running for all of 10 minutes. Once the motor got hot it shut off. I called and emailed Jason back! I thought he was trying to help me but he was just buying time until the 1 yr warranty was out. So now its been close to a year and Jason keeps telling me he cant help me any because they dont deal with customers, only dealers. But when the dealer isnt trying to help you would think someone at the main office would help you. The guy in Houston only wanted to send me wiring hornes when i kept telling him it didnt have anything to do with that! So i called and emailed Jason again! finally got a response. He said his boss wouldnt warranty the motor because I didnt keep the packing slip from when they sent the motor back to me. All he could offer was a discount on a new motor. So I bought the new motor for $200. I get the motor, put it in the go cart, make sure all the oils and gas are good, and cranked it up. my son rode it.for about 30 minutes. When he turned it off it never started back up! I call for Jason AGAIN. This time I waited on hold for him for 17 minutes before I hung up because clearly he didnt want to speak to me! Sadly my son still has a go cart that he never really got to ride and is still broken just sitting in the shed. I would never buy another Coolster brand AGAIN and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either. Their customer service is the worst!

Go cart broken and can't get the problem fixed

I bought a Coolster go cart in December for my son from a third party seller. It had maybe a hour on the motor before it started making noise and wouldn't go in forward motion. I contacted the third party and he told me to contact Coolster. So I talked to a guy in California and sent to motor there. After 3 months of not hearing anything back from them, I finally got the motor back. I put it back on, and checked everything out to make sure it was good. My son ran it for about 2 more hours and it started running hot and burned the wiring harness with this motor only having about 3 hours on it. When I call the Coolster number on the website no one answers.

Bought a 125 coolster 4 wheeler and it is lemon

My girls got to ride the 4 wheeler for maybe 4 days and the starter went out fixed that and then the battery went bad now the start switch will not work

I call the customer service and the female receptionist hang up pn me five(5) i never got to speak to the part department, so i never got to order my parts.

We bought a coolster 70cc bike for our son to start out racing on to see if he would enjoy it before dropping 3k on a good bike. Long story short my husband wrecked it and we needed brakes and forks a week and a half before the first race. We paid $100 for 3-8 day shipping (outrageous $ and should have had plenty of time.) I called and spoke with the company the morning after I placed the order and he assured me it would be shipped that day. I never received an email for tracking after 3 days so I called with no answer. Today (8 days after my order was placed and 3 before the race) they finally answered. He got me a tracking #. Checked the tracking and it didn’t exist so I called back and told him and he assured me that it was shipped Monday 3/8 then informed me that the forks weren’t shipped yet because of an issue with my address. Not think about i told him he had the correct one and he said it would ship that day. !!!!how have you shipped one thing but not the other if you had an issue with my address?!?!?! Now I have to pay for overnight shipping to get parts for this piece of junk and it is gonna cost me 3/4 of what I paid for the bike! Don’t go through this company! I suggest ordering off ebay and paying a little more for parts or just buy a decent bike to begin with and keep your child like men off them!!!!

The WORST customer service! I talked to "Andrew" with Coolster.com and he started yelling because I didn't understand what he was saying. He couldn't find a part for my coolster and said he finally found one but he wouldn't tell me who it was from. I asked how I was going to have to pay for it. Is it an individual? A company? He said, "What you mean individual?" He said over and over do you want the deal or not? He finally said it's on ebay but if all I will use is Paypal than forget it. He kept trying bully me and said he was the manager and why would I want to talk to the manager then he hung up. The absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I wish I NEVER bought a Chinese piece of *** Coolster. Buyer BEWARE!
