Go cart broken and can't get the problem fixed

I bought a Coolster go cart in December for my son from a third party seller. It had maybe a hour on the motor before it started making noise and wouldn't go in forward motion. I contacted the third party and he told me to contact Coolster. So I talked to a guy in California and sent to motor there. After 3 months of not hearing anything back from them, I finally got the motor back. I put it back on, and checked everything out to make sure it was good. My son ran it for about 2 more hours and it started running hot and burned the wiring harness with this motor only having about 3 hours on it. When I call the Coolster number on the website no one answers.

Bought a 125 coolster 4 wheeler and it is lemon

My girls got to ride the 4 wheeler for maybe 4 days and the starter went out fixed that and then the battery went bad now the start switch will not work

Bad service

I was hung-up on 5 time and never got a chance to speak to the parts department, and order the part i needed.

I call the customer service and the female receptionist hang up pn me five(5) i never got to speak to the part department, so i never got to order my parts.

Nothing but lies!!!

We bought a coolster 70cc bike for our son to start out racing on to see if he would enjoy it before dropping 3k on a good bike. Long story short my husband wrecked it and we needed brakes and forks a week and a half before the first race. We paid $100 for 3-8 day shipping (outrageous $ and should have had plenty of time.) I called and spoke with the company the morning after I placed the order and he assured me it would be shipped that day. I never received an email for tracking after 3 days so I called with no answer. Today (8 days after my order was placed and 3 before the race) they finally answered. He got me a tracking #. Checked the tracking and it didn’t exist so I called back and told him and he assured me that it was shipped Monday 3/8 then informed me that the forks weren’t shipped yet because of an issue with my address. Not think about i told him he had the correct one and he said it would ship that day. !!!!how have you shipped one thing but not the other if you had an issue with my address?!?!?! Now I have to pay for overnight shipping to get parts for this piece of junk and it is gonna cost me 3/4 of what I paid for the bike! Don’t go through this company! I suggest ordering off ebay and paying a little more for parts or just buy a decent bike to begin with and keep your child like men off them!!!!

The WORST customer service! I talked to "Andrew" with Coolster.com and he started yelling because I didn't understand what he was saying. He couldn't find a part for my coolster and said he finally found one but he wouldn't tell me who it was from. I asked how I was going to have to pay for it. Is it an individual? A company? He said, "What you mean individual?" He said over and over do you want the deal or not? He finally said it's on ebay but if all I will use is Paypal than forget it. He kept trying bully me and said he was the manager and why would I want to talk to the manager then he hung up. The absolutely WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I wish I NEVER bought a Chinese piece of *** Coolster. Buyer BEWARE!
