I need Cool Hockey to send me a refund of $118.54 USD for order #000997**** (Fanatics Anaheim Ducks home jersey). My jersey is currently sitting with the Post near your location.
They tried to deliver it to you, but were unable to for whatever reason. When I called the Post, I was informed a notice was sent to Cool Hockey that the package/jersey is ready for pick up. If it's not picked up by Feb 6th, it will be returned to sender. Since you have made zero effort to help me with getting my jersey to your business, I just want my refund.
There is nothing I can do with the Post that will get the jersey to you.
The confirmation email of our transaction states you shipping the jersey back to me on Feb 6th. Since that won't be happening, I want my refund, and we can part ways.

The phone rang but went to voicemail. I wish I had looked up the reviews prior to ordering the jersey. Looks like I'm stuck with a small jersey.

I have been trying to get in contact with an order that was promised to be overnighted by Christmas. It is now January 9th, I have yet to get any information or even a response from coolhockey.
If 0 stars were an option , Id give them that. Ive emailed multiple times and have tried calling their customer service.
Zero responses back from both. I won't ever be purchasing from them again.

You guys took my payment too quickly. I was not ready to pay.
I even had a code to input. Furthermore, I spent a long time on the cart page trying to remove the stitching part for $30, but it wouldn't let me; that's not right. I paid 244 and change for a jersey when it should have come out to under 180 with the 25% off code.
There are other unresolved issues as well. Please call me and we'll discuss.

Really starting to think this company is a scam!!! Has no customer service, no responses cant leave any reviews on website when try calling there customer service number just get an answering machince that could be easily set up by a scammer.
