Ciminal & intentional violation of refund policy

I signed up with them on June 30,2018,and paid $202 and change for their services. Then I canceled my service with them on July 10,2018.

First i called to cancel, and guy i talked to was very rude, short with me, and extremely arrogant. He told me i couldnt cancel by phone, and that i had to cancel online. In which i found out afterward, was a complete lie. I have called several times since i canceled, and have been getting the complete run around.

All they keep doing is jerking me around!! Everytime i called they told me that they dont have anything to do with the refund, that that is handled by there billing dept.. Yet they never connect me to anyone from billing, who can actually give me a straight answer!! And when ive selected the prompt for billing, a few different times, instead of cancellations; ive gotten an automated response telling me "all agents are busy, call back later, goodbye!" and then i was disconnected!!

Everytime i speak to an agent, theyre absolutely clueless! And tell me every time, that theyre putting in a ticket to billing. Which is absolutely meaningless, and unhelpful, and never does anything good, or helpful, or takes care of my problem in any way at all!! i know, all theyre doing is constantly trying to passify me, giving me absolutely NO real or actual help in any way whatsoever!

Everytime i spoke to an agent, everyone of them told me that it there is a 20 day refund policy, not including weekends. But, the second to last time i called, i was told by another arrogant agent, that what i was told several times was wrong, that it was untrue. That the refund period was actually a 30 day period of time! And the reason for that REDICULOUSLY long refund period, is because "supposedly" cool handle is only responsible for $112 of my refund, and that One Click Pay, the *** online company that they work hand in hand with, is responsible for the remaining $90 of my total refund of $202.00..

There also was some kind of extra charge as well, but im not quite sure what its about, or why its part of the total refund im OWED. BUT, I have already been told by my credit card company, that the amount of my refund that im actually supposed to recieve in total is $209 and change! Like i said previously, billing dept. doesnt help me, and cancellation dept.

doesnt help me! At All!! Neither EVER do anything for me! All im constantly doing with this company, is continuously chasing my own tail!!!

This is MY MONEY!! NOT THEY'RES!! And i am at the point now, where im Extremely Pissed Off!! I Want MY Money Back!!

Im going through a terrible financial hard time right now, and as part of that hard time, my father is dying from terminal cancer. I CAN NOT afford to lose this money! I Can Not, "NOT" get it back!! I just really dont know what to do about it.

I truly just want someone to help me get this refund money back.. Im constantly stressed out to the max about it, and continuously, Super Pissed Off as well!!! I wish i never, ever dealt with these people to begin with!

I wish i never had anything to do with this Lowlife,and Truely Criminal Company, "Cool Handle" in any way whatsoever!!! Sincerely, Joe Pizzitola- Pissed Off, and Truly Unhappy "Cool Handle" VICTOM...

I joined Coolhandle in November and having paid them extra to get my site up and running I assumed support would be included in this. The only support I've got is if you pay £!!!

What a lot of rot. Other hosts I've had would have taken the shirt off their back to help.

21st Century Refusal To Honor GUARENTEED refund policy

I received an E mail regarding "Making Money Online". The E mailer put me in contact with :CoolHandle" web hosting. I paid for the websites and resulting fees only to find out that I had to launch/ install the websites myself. Even though they had directions, I have no internet technology skills and so I decided to avail myself of the "GUARANTEED REFUND" policy. I sent an E mail expressing my desire for a refund. They E mailed me back saying that they would have their review team look into my refund. This sounds like contentious verbiage almost inviting me to litigate. It seems like they have no honor.

Yes ,I was taken for $37.00 last year never receive my support nor my refund , this time I was told the Co was call Dream website Life Membership , didn`t know until I read my bank statement it said Coolhandle order no: 94584**** $37.00 put back in my account now!!!

Unable to stop monthly charges

Coolhandle is charging a monthly service fee. I have never used this service and yet they keep charging me. I have tried numerus times to no avail. They have sent a letter of instruction which I will try.

Removed 4 websites

In July 2018 Cool Handle removed 4 of my websites without authority and for no reason. After my complaint to their support, they restored 3 websites. Then in a matter of a few days they again removed these websites. They said they could NOT restore them. They could not find the content to restore them. These websites were used for affiliate articles to earn commission. So, the commission has been lost for nearly 7 months. I have asked, by letter, for a claim of the cost of the full years' hosting and if provided that would be the method to close this issue- without going for more compensation. No answer in nearly 2 months.

I made an order with Cool Handle of $574.65 on 03/6/2018, with an 100% guarantee return if not satisfied. On 03/17/2018 I cancelled my order. As of today, 01/08/2019, I have not received a refund. I have been calling at least twice a week, with no success.

I cool handle web hosting never got back in contacted with me they don't honor they thirty day money back guarantee policy the our a fraudulent company have not receive my 64.71 nor 14.95 back on my card .I have written to pissed consumers before about this problem.my bank tried toake sense of this but no word back from them I am on disable and think it is wrong.

I first sign up for their services on july3rd 2018 they promise me if I sign up for thirty days for 64.71 and 14.95 if I cancelled before the thirty day period. I would receive full refund. But I cancel on the 18th of July still have not received payment it's been over the 90 day period . I talked to supervisor Charles w. Who was very rude and unprofessional and asked about refund he started arguing with me stating he owned the company and said he would refund me when he got ready. Than they told my bank they did not owe me nothing.also another manager name Kristine k. Said that their was no record of me in their system.and made me email her the same information she has on file. I told them I maybe considering legal aide on the matter and got laughed at.think this company is very fraudulent.

I sign up for the program on july32018 for the webhosting for 79.00 with the backup plan.iwas told by charles w. The owner that i would recievedmoneybackif i cancelled before the thirty day trial.well i cancelled on july18th because iwas not gwttin anywhere it took almost three weeks to view webhosting site. Then everytime i calledthey would lie to be and feed me the runaround cant nwvwe get a supervisor on thw phone been calling eveyday.been lied to each time i called my bank have sent for my money back and they said they were lied to aswell.i think they are scammers and the somebody tneeds too bring them down and exposed thwm i am on disability and cant afford to giveaway money like that.i have written too cnn news and aletter to whitehousein this matter.

They designed and produced my "Home Improvement " website. Only to give me the task of learning all the in and out terminology and details of making a website produce revenue. They have not maintained their hosting commitment through the initial months of service. They have not satisfied all my "support ticket requests" by telling me they don't cover certain areas of the placing of ads on the website that has been down for weeks because of a server issue they said. There has been a server issue , or IP address issue that they should correct. And they have not which leads me to believe they are waiting until they receive the next monthly hosting fee due in October to serve me. This is bad business for the client.

His advertisement was called The Auto Money System. You pay $37 for a hosting account. There was also a charge of $49.98 for domain and daily back up and Search engine, Website security and Turbo boost. This was normally $95 but I got it for $49.98 This is all I spent. There was a 60 day money back guarantee on this Auto Money System. I called him the next morning and told him I had changed my mind and was not interested and his secretary Carla told me I would get a refund He took $630 out of my checking account. That is out and out stealing. I never got a refund or any thing else. I have kept the advertisement about The Auto Money System and the guarantee of refund if you are not satisfied. I kept all my emails where I ask for a refund the very next morning after I had ordered this the night before. I have proof of all I am saying.

I had called once before and before the 30 day policy ended and said I wanted to cancel. I kept being charged for the web site I am not using and I want all of my money back for a web site that I do not use.
