Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them.

I received a coupon good for 30% off my order which was valid until midnight that day, so I went to their website and placed an order. Originally I was going to place the order for two of the same frame, however the site said the discount/promo had expired and it gave me 15% instead, so I placed it for one.

The same night I contacted coolframes via their website regarding the issue.

I was seeking the additional 15% be refunded to me + tax to my original payment method.

I called them the next day, when they were open, after holding several minutes, the call was disconnected. I called back, waited on hold again, spoke with a customer service representative and explained the situation. I was advised to send an email for management review, which I did as instructed .

I finally got an email response, the company agreed to refund me the additional 15%, but not the tax on it. After emailing back and forth, I was advised this makes the order under $50, and normally there would be a shipping charge, so they would not include the tax.

I explained that I was going to order two sets of frames which would be well over the $50 however I did not due to the web issues.

The customer service person SAM (SAMANTHA) was a little snot!

I will NEVER use them again, and I will write this review on every site possible. I also emailed SAM regarding the same. The response was they felt it was a threat. I advised, no, it was a promise.

SAM is a terrible customer service person! If I was SAMS manager, it would not be for long - you're fired!
