No support for north america

if you make the mistake of buying a cm product and live in north America you are SOL. you can call all you want but no one ever answers phone, you will get an automated message for "Michael cohen" to leave a voicemail but good luck with leaving one as as son as the automated message ends the call hangs up. it isn't just support either, trying to circumvent the auto choice and get an operator also is no good. now I know you might be thinking well maybe they weren't open or maybe at lunch well no this is not the case, I have tried multiple attempts to reach cm to get the missing plastic hard drive tray things for my case ranging from ( all times based on cm local time NOT my personal time) opening to closing, up to 12:00 and after 1:00so from opening to 12, and after 1 ( hour skipped for "lunch" till closed and I have NEVER been able to reach anyone. do yourselves a favor just don't buy a coolermaster product at the end of the day it turns out cm is one of those throw it away and buy a new one companies for north America as there is no support here for us.

Rip off - Promised rebate

I submitted for a rebate I was told from Micro Center that I could get when purchasing a gaming keyboard for my son. Over two months later I get a notice - I sent in the wrong bar code off the box. When I called, they said no refund because I don't have the box anymore. They have the receipt and where I purchased it but that isn't enough. If this box bar code is so critical to the refund process they should establish a better process. I had kept the box for two months, just threw it out about a week ago in the recycle bin. I can't speak for others but I sure don't have the space to keep boxes for months on end of things I purchase. I think its an excuse to keep the money.

Worthless, appalling customer service

I'm desperate. I am writing from London, England because there is simply no other way to contact cooler master than via post? Seriously? It's 2016. I really don't know where to write and who to contact as the CoolerMaster company has no email contact account and the live chat is literally non-stop offline, and if I manage to get in touch with someone, that person is utterly incompetent and not eager to help at all. They suggested me to report a hardware problem and write a support ticket and he claimed they will try to get back to me as soon as possible. They replied saying I have to submit the RMA but I already explained it to them that it does not allow me to submit it because for some reason my product number is not being recognized by the system and I'm 100% sure it's cooler master liquid cooler with reg. number RLS12V24PKN111********. I find this customer service appalling and very disappointing since this company pretends to be one of the best companies in the world for PC parts. Your customer service is a an absolute disgrace.

Rebate - Cooler Master Notepal X3

We bought the cooling fan and it works well so farm. After we plugged it in at home we checked for the included rebate offer. We sent the attached rebate form with notepad cooler box UPC # and photocopied the UPC label. We later received a non-compliance form in the mail and not a rebate check. We will send the photocopied UPC # next and inform the seller about the fraud. This may come as a shock to the company working in Arizona but this place is notorious for corruption and evading corruption using the last means of legal defense the court system. I doubt anyone will take a rebate that far and that is their last resort to the scam.
