Cooldrives

A "Company" That goes by many names. Cooldrive, Cableo, QCUSA (Probably more) Ran by ONE person Caleb. And contacting them is only possible by their *** chat box and email. VERY rude and gives you the run around, And sends forms via email that has NOTHING to do with the issue. And go as far as threatening customers with posting their info.

Their "Lost Package Form" States: "Please Note: Any and All customers who initiate a Chargeback Procedure through their bank prior to providing this signed statement to QCUSA INC (Quality Cables USA Inc.) loses all right to privacy with QCUSA INC. and may be charged with FRAUD in accordance with local laws."

These people are very rude and unscrupulous.

I sent back a RAID device that did not work as advertised. The refused the return claiming it was scratched. I NEVER installed it! They are also claiming it came back with power cables missing. However, there were no power cables in the box. I returned EXACTLY what was in the box, in EXACTLY the condition it was sent. I am now wondering if they sent me a used unit in the first place.

They are liars (check multiple sites for reviews) and incredibly rude. You will see dozens of reviews that describe the incompetence and rudeness from these people. Stay away.
