The air conditioner has continually been broken down or not working properly. The company has charged more and more for different problems with the air conditioner. They are refusing to give us paperwork on how many times they have been out to repair it. Now they want an additional $490.00 to replace a cable running under the house.
The usual life of a unit is 15 to 20 years!! This unit has been breaking down since we moved back it is only 4 years old.
