Guess they screwed me
i ordered a knife, got it, but then they sent me 2 more i did not ask 4.. after 180 dollars went missing i called. no problem send them back @ our cost. never sent me the paperwork after 2 months. i sent them back at my cost,, still no return of my money.. called yesterday she said no problem we just need these 2 things which were not with me at that time.. so when i call 2 nite the fones r shut down an they give an EM so fast u can't grasp it so i will go to the BBB someone owes me money and i like a fool sent it all back. so stay away from cooking pleasures and thier subs

No merchandise received
I am still waiting for an answer to my first complaint filed last week. I have still not received my merchandise that I ordered on April 08,2014. I ordered the Ultimate Santoku Knife #FOS191**** and The Cooking Pleasures Gourmet Ceramic Cookware Collection 10" Skillet #FOS191****. I would like to receive some kind of an explanation for the delay or non delivery of the products. I have ordered from The Cooking Club of America before with great success. But now I am very unhappy with them at this time. Just because it was a promotional purchase shouldn't mean that I should not receive them at a reasonable time.
Got charged for something I have not order or receieved
I was filling out a survey online, there was a promotion Get The Ultimate Santoku Knife Free, just paid $1.00 for shipping!. We got the knife, and still in the box, we have not used. Today my wife was viewing our online banking activity report and notice a charge from NMG*CK Cooking Kni in the amount of $88.94 today 02/05/2014 Immediately, I contact the company, and told them that we did not authorized a charge nor the we wanted to purchase a knife set. They said they were going to cancel our order, and that they were going to send us an email, of what we need to do in order to get our refund or credit back. 1st email:Dear Johnny Acevedo:We have cancelled your account in response to your request. Please note that we are unable to stop shipments already in the process in our system. In the event a shipment was already on its way to you, please mark the package refused, return to sender and allow 7-10 days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed. We greatly appreciate your business.2nd email:Re Account Number : F655216*-001Dear Johnny Acevedo: As requested, attached you will find a return label to return your shipment to us. Please print and securely affix the label to your package along with the appropriate postage and mail it back to us.
