In Cancellation ***
I signed up for the Cooking light Diet - which included all access to their magazine - it is now digital. After several months, I wanted to cancel my subscription, I logged into my account, and contacted customer support requesting cancellation.
I was told I needed to request cancellation through a different email. I sent an email requesting cancellation to that person. I have now sent no less than 6 emails requesting cancellation. I am like a ping pong ball getting bounced back and forth.
My charge says "cooking light diet" but, cooking light customer support "assured" me it isn't their charge. I still have access to my account, and cannot get this subscription cancelled. A total time waster and nightmare. Not even sure I know where to go from here.
I guess my next step is to call the bank. BE AWARE - stay away from Cooking Light Diet.
