All of a sudden I stopped receiving any correspondence, including magazines etc. from Cooking Club of America. No response from phone calls, or emails. I have since moved to another state, and I am again trying to obtain my benefits as a lifetime member, or a complete and full refund.

My experience is nearly verbatim to most of the other customers. I am disappointed as well, having really enjoyed the benefits I DID receive. I have since moved from the location I had received my magazines. I also want a full refund of my Lifetime Membership. I can be contacted via my old contact information, or at the e-mail of cedrkid@ail.com

I joined as a Lifetime member back in 2000. Was getting the magazine on a regular basis and then a few years ago......nothing......it just stopped coming....no warning, no information......gone.......not very nice. I had other cooking magazines at the same time such as Gourmet and at least they let you know the magazine was folding. Since they always touted how many members they had I am surprised they would treat people that way. I also didn't... Read more

I am a lifetime & charter member. I like the monthly magazine and the yearly calendar. BUT I have not received the magazine in a couple of years. The items I was given to test were inexpensive gadgets like you see on infomercials. I was also sent garden calendars that I did not want. It seems that when I stopped getting the garden calendars, they stopped sending everything. I thought this club was supposed to be about teaching people to cook... Read more

i signed up for the club specifically to get products to review. initially i received 2 or 3 small items to try and review (a baster and a stainless steel 'soap'). After this, i was offered only cooking course type items. i was even dumb enough to pay for the 'life time' membership. i did get a set of stainless steel cook ware, but ultimately i paid for that. i was regularly offered the opportunity to buy overpriced cookbooks, which were shipped... I'm a life member and haven't received magazine in over 2 years. Just because I don't buy every month. Paid all that money...CCA who am I?

When I joined it was because of the promises made for being a lifetime member. Then they convinced me to upgrade to a premier membership for an additional cost. They said this would entitle me to extra benefits like more test products, etc. I did that--and then nothing! No word, no announcement, nothing. I am angry and upset as I paid good money for this. This is not the way to deal with good customers. This is fraud--plain and simple. I want a... Read more
