Bad customer service
Well I had cookies cleaning company I needed an oven done and my sliding glass doors done so two people come to my house which I wasn't expecting and I didn't know that okay it's $35 an hour if you write a check $30 an hour if it's cash so if it's two people that come $60 an hour double that's crazy so they do the work and it was worse than when they came in glass was smudged oven was filthy they left the floor dirty with you wasn't dirty am I think area I called the boss and she said she going to send somebody out to do it she never did she never called me back I hear the chemicals they use on made out of vinegar lemon juice lavender oil diluted with water the worst chemicals are cleaning company to have you going to a person's house now with covid you have to have good disinfectant supplies which she doesn't have she's a very pinch of penny company and nothing they do is to my satisfaction I will never call them again now the girl that came out to clean she was an awesome person her name was Lisa she does cleaning on the side so if you would like to call her I have her number I'm using her now she's the best thing that ever happened she got some good cleaning supplies

Sales person mislead on charges to company that were never mentioned during sales pitch. Charged $228.00 in six days with not one phone call to our company for a job.
