I ordered six shirts. They emailed me saying they were out of stock for two of them.
So I'm trying to figure out why they haven't sent the ones that they do have and refund the difference in price. How do you allow people to order something that you don't have in stock?

Cookies has not addressed the issue of tracking the package. I lost $370 on the order!
I never received my order of clothing from the cookies company. The order was for $357.
I have been trying to reach out to the cookies company for over a week now and have been unsuccessful. I dont know what to do. Im not hearing back from anyone. Ive left messages all over.

Quality is TERRIBLE
I washed my hoodie on gentle and I hung dry both hoodie, T shirts and sweat pants. They started falling apart and fading after wash 2.
I purchased from their actual website.
Its so expensive for something that doesnt last long at all. Surely they have the money to do better in the quality department.
It would be cheaper and better quality if you buy plain t shirts or hoodies, print out the logo and iron it on.

whom it might concern, please remove this number off your page, this number is strictly to contact the RETAIL store in San Francisco, this number is NOT to check if your order has been shipped or to check on the status of your order. We've been getting a lot of calls regarding orders, which we can't help you with since WE ARE NOT THE ONLINE CLOTHING WEBSITE.

I ordered five items last night for a total of 597.00 and got my confirmation and within 12 hours I got a second email saying that my order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances but my refund hadnt been issued yet. Honestly I want my order but if I cant get it I would like to have my refund

This company hasn't answered me about my package not being delivered. I've sent them more than one email detailing the incident and no response.
I spent 216$ on a jacket and never got it even when it said it was delivered via USPS. I'm upset and even made a police report since I was told my package might of been stolen.

Haven't received my package
I ordered a package October 20th 2023. Never received a confirmation email nor a tracking number.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. My order came a week later.
First time ordering from cookie's and I don't have an estimated time my shirt will be delivered other than about 4 weeks. That's after I emailed customer service which informed me that I paid 7.50 for delivery and this whole process seems messed up.
I would love for someone to call or email me with something a little better than what I was emailed. As of ten minutes ago they started denying getting my payment
