It is impossible to contact you. I so liked a bra gifted to my by a friend, that I immediately ordered several. That was one month ago, and I had no updates of the delay in shipping. Please advise when I can expect to receive my order.

I ordered 3 bras and received 1. There were 3 separate tracking numbers so not sure why on that issue.

I received the rose colored bra but not the black or white bra. Please let me know what is going on before I contact my credit card company and place a complaint.
Didn't receive all of my order & can't talk to anyone in person
I have purchased Coobie Bras for 17 years. However, my last order didn't go too well.
I purchased seven bras that had been sold out for weeks. I was so excited to get them, again. Unfortunately, I received only one. The only way to reach customer service is by email or text!!!
WTF? A customer service rep did get back to me and let me know that it was a warehouse issue and they would send the rest of my bras. However, it has been nearly two weeks and nothing! There is no way to track them as my order shows "fulfilled" and "delivered".
So, be careful.
I would leave a message with my order if you are ordering more than one! I am waiting for a reply to my last set of emails and texts, then I will cancel the payment with my credit card!aution when ordering - no way to reach a real person!C

I have been trying to reach Coobie for 2 days now & no one gets back to me. Im done trying to get a label, Im just trying to get an address to send them back myself.
I also wanted to order other bras but this communication is terrible so its not worth it.
I do not have an order number & Ive looked for numbers on the bra package & Im completely worn out with this. I hope at least someone would send me an address before 30 days is up.

There is an error with an order I have received. I did not get a receipt in my package nor an email confirmation which is strange.
When I go online the site states I do not have an account.
I have been buying Coobie bras for over 10 years. I sent this email once before and Helen said to go online and pull up order. That does not work because the system does not recognize my email which is very strange to me. I need a correction in my order.

When I reach out in email before I was not registered on your system as stated below.
"you will be automatically registered on our site. Password will be sent to you via email."

In attempting a return:
1. Coobies customer service phone numbers are not legitimate.
One is text only. The other goes to a company unrelated to Coobie.
2. Returns link on website does not work.
3. Chat feature sends you to tech support but you are charged $1 for service.
I dont trust them when they say its refundable.
I will NEVER purchase from Coobie again. Hugely disappointed!!!
