Called today spoke to someone that connected me to three different people and still can not talk to an individual!! Called another Ford dealer and was able to get an appointment this week.

Trying to reach a service person to schedule an appointment at Conway is horrible and you cant talk to an individual. Contacted FORD with rmy report

And someone has all ready returned my call to listen to my complaint.

Chrysler Jeep repair at dealership

I took my sons 2006 Jeep to the Chrysler dealership in Bardstown Ky on 9 Sept 2015 and was told they could not check it out till the next week. I called the service department on 15 Sept 2015 and was told there were 5 cars in front of it.

I was at the dealership on 18 Sept 2015 and there were still 5 cars in front of the Jeep.

Something is wrong if they can not do the jab, they should have taken it to where it can be repaired. This is not the first time I have had problems with this Dealership.
