have new diagnosis from specialists NEUROLOGIST AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST. Conviva primary doctor Michael S Coleman disputes it.
Peroneal palsy and CLONUS. It is a shaking foot, ankle and leg with wild movements and with a foot turning inward, and on its side also foot dragging and dropping . He only sees me after i sit and he leaves the office before me so he sees nothing. After seeing me for 5 min without viewing my foot while I sit even, he did a test holding my left foot FIRMLY erect upward and slamming it with his other hand so it didnt move because he wouldnt allow it to move.
If I dont get all the physical therapy i need BECAUSE THE PRIMARY REFUSES and I fall I WONT BE HAPPY. He also tries to discuss religion with me by telling me I need to be saved by JESUS CHRIST. On the same day he ran to get me a DNR. HE IS NOT WANTING TO TREAT MY PROBLEMS BECAUSE HE WOULD RATHER PREPARE ME FOR DEATH.
IM ONLY 60. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG maybe even sinister HERE AND ITS HURTING MY MENTAL STATUS.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Conviiva is transferring to a new system of accepting phone calls.

I was told a referral would be sent to an RA Dr. When I got the voice mail to call for an appt it was to an Endocrinologist and not Rheumatologist.
So after that was fixed I was suppose to get a call but this time from the correct doctors office. After a week with no call I called to check on my referral but was on hold for so long that I opted for the option of not losing my spot in line and they would return my call. After an hour and no call from them I called them back again and Was put on hold for 58 min when finally someone answered my call, then acted as if she could not hear me and said if you still need to talk to someone call us back at this number. UNBELIEVABLE.
This place is unacceptable when it comes to health care for seniors. I would give them a zero but I couldn't so I gave it one star, but they don't deserve one star.

They're bad about ordering test like my sleep apnea test take some a year to finally give you the results of it I should bring it up to him several times they say I'll find the results and we'll talk
I had a sleep apnea test done over a year ago never heard anything about it brought it up with Dr Perez was there he said oh yeah I'll get that up for you next your next visit next time couldn't find it then they question if I even had that done it was so long ago I actually can't remember who ordered that I think it was Zach but he was there finally they find the test severe sleep apnea then she says oh I'll get that machine right out to you she said they'll call you on the phone that went by a month or so never asked me about if I got the machine or not which I had not or even got a phone call now I guess it's been so long she's wanting me to take another sleep apnea test what a pain that was before they'll give me the machine well keep that machine it is not worth the pain.

Verified Reviewer |Conviva communication is non existent and lies about their service. Their transportation is pathetic and has drivers that do jot speak English to communicate with patient when they fail to pick up
For over a year the Centers fail to resolve serious heath issues for my brother who is disabled. He is an amputee and has almost non existent eyesight because pre-scripting continues to delay treatments because the staff fails to listen to the Dr.'s orders and referals, resulting in appointments that can not provide the service this patient needs.
They offer solutions that are never followed through on.
The transportation that they tout on TV commercials is a joke and endangers the health of the patient for continuing to go to the wrong address and when patient contacts they can not understand and do not know how to use a GPs correctly.
More complaints that can fit in this space.
This patient also has cancer and when sent once again (after over a year of the diagnosis) for a needed MRI did not give the proper prescription and could not be reached by phone by the hospital doing the test. The patient was in severe danger for pre-scripting two MRI's on the same day with two different chemicals that are not compatible putting the patient at extreme risk.
Unfortunately this is just the tip of the iceberg.

- Transportation is pathetic leaving patients stranded for hours
Preferred solution: Actual health care. I am writing on the behalf of my brother who is almost blind from lack of care. My brother needs catarac surgery with special needs for recovery and these needs have not been resolved now for over a year.
User's recommendation: Run as fast as you can from this organization. There website and commercials look great but the reality is this company should not be recommended for people with disabilities. Their staff appears to be the problem. They do not follow up.

Can’t get in touch with the office. Call Center overseas they don’t understand me. I don’t understand them. Can’t get my prescriptions refilled.
