I can't get in to my convert account

Hello,

I am very frustrated. For the last month, I have not been able to log in to my account. Every time I add my ID and password on my ConvertKit account, I get a message saying they do not recognize my device and want to send an email to my email account to verify it's me. The problem is I never receive this email.

I have solved the issues I find the platform difficult and would like to delete my account I am nolonger interested in convertkit at the moment its too much hasslethank you.

Pages I created I can't find, have tried online support

My first interaction with them was good. A support person verified by a video that my landing page took a subscriber to my thank you page and that my opt-in file was there to download.

However, the next day I could not go back and find my thank you page and the following day, the welcome newsletter was not to be found. When I got support for that, they didn't seem to understand what I was asking. And so, the problem was unresolved. I went back, typed in a question, and no response.

I tried another way to get help, typed in a long explanation, and waited 1 1/2 hours, and no response. Went to bed. Message from someone found when I opened up on a different problem with DNS. Went back to my host and dealt with that 3rd try.

And then asked if she could help me with another matter. 50 minutes later. No response.

I had to do something. Frustrated and worried that I need to find another service.
