Not honoring work
- - One solar panel has been out since 6/7/2024 and is not monitored.
- - Calls and texts to the company go unanswered for three weeks with no callbacks.
From June 1 until today July 20th 2024, no one from the company has called me. They sent a text, to tell me when someone was coming to replace the panel that has been down for over 30 days ( that's supposed to be monitored by them).
I had to call the finance company and threaten not to pay, and they acted as a mediator yo get the panel fix.
Convert solar lacks maturity, ownership, management, and avoids accountability by any means necessary. I would definitely ot recommend them to anyone.
When you call the number no one Ever answers, and they tell you to text them and not call (very unprofessional) I've been calling, and texting this company for 3 weeks without any response from anyone.
I'm at a point where I will stop paying g for services, due to not receiving my full power that I purchase (which affects my electricity bill, and my over usage that I sell back) Til this date 7/5/2024 I have not received one call, or text back from this company. Avoid them at any cost, and save yourself the headache!
