Jason Bales is the president of Convergence Phone sales in the San Diego, California area. He comes in pitching a big game and asking for a huge deposit of almost $50,000 (of which he stole all of it) with a clever scam that Convergence runs.
What Convergence and Jason does is they bilk companies by creating weak contracts (Make your own contract when dealing with Jason Bales to enforce that he does the work hired) and include binding legal language to hold him to his care of duty. Jason Bales has stopped paying his attorneys because he has so many pending lawsuits and his attorney wasn't getting paid either in the end.
They appear to be robbing Peter to pay Paul, seemingly are "on the run", been through a different attorney every time (because we found out they don't pay and the attorney drops them) and weakness of the contract (because they do this as a business). His email is Jason@***.com and his scamming co-workers chris.h@***.com need to be stripped of their Mitel Licensing as this scam is egregious.
