Had the worst experience with this company.
Never use this retailer.
I requested a cancellation, and they refused, even though it had not shipped yet, and it still didn't ship for two more days. At that point, they issued me a return approval and a warning that if there were any damages, they would not refund my money.
They were horrible to contact and have no means to receive anything but emails that they don't respond to for up to 48 hrs. Terrible company!

All I wanted was for them to resend a confirmation receipt of my purchase, and they responded by being condescending and calling me ignorant. They don't deserve the business of contractors or municipal inspections. There is a complete lack of professionalism!

Extremely rude
The most you can hope for is to never interact with this company again. I’ve tried to reach anyone else at the company and warn them about their employee but it seems it’s the owner or main guy in charge there that intentionally treats people like trash.
The shipment was always listed as 'awaiting fulfillment', and when I reached out to them, they were extremely rude.

This may be the most interesting thing that has happened to me in ten years
I purchased a code book I didn't end up needing because I found my lost test results. I sent it back for a refund.
My refund was denied because they said I took a hologram sticker off the book. I let them know I never opened the box it came in and had another copy of the book that arrived around the same time. I was told the other book I bought was an illegal version from some underground book club in India and they are reporting me to the ICC and some other authority.
If the other book I have is illegal it is also unopened and will be returned for a refund. I imagine that transaction will probably happen how adults do business and communicate.

I ordered text books and never received the entire order. When I emailed them concerning the order they said it was completely delivered.
When I stated that they were not they called me a *** thief and that I was trying to commit credit card fraud. All I wanted was the code books that I ordered or a refund for the the (2) items that I did not receive.

Refunded Order - No Explanation as to why AND Refund NOT received
I ordered one of your manuals for my son for his birthday the other day and everything seemed to go great. Then I get an email indicating the order was "refunded", with no explanation as to why.
However, the charge has processed on my credit card, and has not been refunded. I think it is BS that you have no number available for customers to call; just send an email and wait for days for a response is ridiculous!

This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with. All I wanted was my complete order.
Called me a *** thief and that I was trying to commit fraud "for what a stupid Code book".
Buy from a reputable company because these guys aren't. Also almost impossible to find a phone number for them and when you do they don't answer.Don't buy from them

Disrespectful to customer has not refunded me, deleted my account
I ordered 2 books, and they said will ship within 24-48 hours it had been 5 days. The response to me was I did not know how to read and that I don't pay attention to detail.
I reread their shipping info it says 24-48hrs. Was shocked at how rude and disrespectful they are.
After the email I attempted to log in on their site to see my refund status and respond back they had deleted my account. Shady do not order from them.

Holy *** I just stumbled across this review AFTER i placed my order and started getting really *** responses from them. I order a SMACNA book, the 2018 IMC with speed tabs and the 2018 IFGC with speed tabs.
All I wanted was tracking information on my order. "If were truly as interested in information about your recent order as you appear to be about showing the world you can count past five, answers to your question(s) about your order would have been apparent from the status/update messages sent to the email address associated with your order." "Ok, you’re going to make us treat you like a child…" This is wild to be talked to like this by someone you are paying for a product.
I will never purchase from these guys again. Dear Lord these people need help.
Same thing happened to me, I didn’t receive my book but they insist it’s been delivered and their job is done…
I tried to order IPC Plumbing Study Companion, their policy states that they deliver within 48 hours. When I sent them a message to inquire why my order was not even started, they said because I paid for the cheapest mail option, which had nothing to do with the order being filled within 48 hours. They told me that maybe I should have had better luck in the future and try someone else and refunded my money, What crap.
