Horrible Customer service
My parents traveled this airline becuase they could not physically travel 12 hours by car. But becuase of the delays by this airline it took over 12 hours by plane!
When I contactated the airline all they did was offer them two vouchers. They will never fly this airline again!
I fley Japan Airlines recently and was delayed 30 minutes and they automaticlly gave me $100 refund for the delay. That is an airline that cares about customer service!

I have no complaints trying to cancel flight due to illness of customer. Getting customer service is difficult.
