I found out this is a scam I got screwed out of a out 180.00 I ordered a pillow and pillow case and I paid it in full, then two days ago u took another payment out for it so you all screwed me over I'm not happy at all, you never ever sent me a confirmation or order number for my order

This is an absolute piece of crap. The pictures are completely deceptive. Contour company and Amazon should both be ashamed of themselves. On the same level as the "My Pillow" ripoff.
I really need some type of support for my back in bed, this piece of junk completely collapses so there is absolutely no support whatsoever.
Besides it's Tiny and I mean it's tiny. Did I mention it's tiny?

The pictures and videos show something completely different. I knew Amazon does not completely test everyhing they sell but this product is embarassing.
