Didn’t come through on there word
So I am active duty military and I was getting deployed and the company said we could close on the Saturday before I left. Well they couldn’t come through and on top of that they didn’t tell me until Saturday at 5pm when my closing was suppose to be 7 that night it’s *** So the company said for the Inconvenience they would add more to the cash option when I close.
They said the amount would be around 1000 dollar for cash at closing they called it sweeting the pot for me well come to find out they lied again and I am getting 300. It’s beyond unprofessional and I would never never never recommend this company to anyone I am beyond disappointed.

Not more needed. He will ruin your company. Sure, he tricks folks and raises rates once they are invested. He has a whole arsenal of lies that he uses--you hired a crook.
I reported him to the Atty general's office in NC at his previous job and he was investigated. They were going to revoke the license of that company to practice in NC. His supervisor called me and offered me a 3.5% mortgage to drop the matter.
Contour is either complicit or did not do their homework.
I am posting this in hopes that others read it and take their business elsewhere. Do you really think you can do business that way? It won't last. He will increase your bottom line, and like a locust, will leave your field barren and fly off to another field. He is a nomad--a carpet bagging snake oil salesman. *** if you will.

I received several unsolicited text messages from Eric Swan. Each message was formatted exactly alike so I know that it is a pre-formatted text message.
Each time I responded that I was not interested. I also responded to take me off the call list and DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!!! I do NOT want to be bothered by unsolicited text messages and fully expect a business to comply with my wishes to not be bothered. If I receive another unsolicited text message from Eric Swan, I will sue.

...So this message will not process unless there are at least 100 words, huh? That's screwed up.
He is a crook. Was at another mortgage company and I had to call the attorney general's office to file a complaint.
He is deceptive and lies. He offered me a rate of 3.5% and then tried to raise the rate to 4.99% because the comparable homes in the appraisal took months to sell.
That is a lie. He is *** CONTOUR--congrats--you hired a lying dirtbag who will ruin whatever brand you have.
