Poor customer service!
I'm a owner of a small business and was in need of some furniture. I Googled office furniture and saw Continental Office Environments.
I called and got very poor customer service!! I called back asking for the one running the office and when I talked with him (Alex) it got worse. I will never recommend this company .....EVER!! Very unorganized people.
When I discussed there work ethics to some people I network with in the Toledo area I got some feedback of the same issues they have had in the past.
It makes me wonder how they are still in business!!! ??
