Continental Capital Corporation
Love Em.....
Rented a house from them too before I bought from Continental Capital... maybe the best experience we've ever had.
I didn't have lots of experience with real estate or even leases, so a little uncomfortable with the process. The CCC people couldn't have been nicer, put it all in writing, gave copies to us in advance, ran amortization schedules on the payments when we bought. They even got us introductions to a bank to help us refinance last year when we finally got our credit scores to the level so we could get a bank loan. They we tremendously helpful, and I know we wouldn't be where we are not without their help and advice not to mention willingness to take a chance on us when some others wouldn't ....
They are the company we refer everyone of our friends to. I still call Ted once in a while for advice. And he always takes time to help..... what does that tell you.
Don't have a dog in this fight but I'd bet who ever you are probably are a total *** or crook..... And I just wanted to defend this company and its management....
they deserve better than to have someone smear their reputation while probably hiding behind an alias on the internet.... That takes courage.
Lies and Deception / Continental Capital Corporation
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Think twice before getting into a real estate transaction with these people, the owner Ted Abele makes promises and does not keep up to his end of the bargain - additionally they have a handyman that is unlicensed that installed a hot water heater improperly in the house that i lived in - as a result the house filled up with carbon monoxide, luckily I had a carbon monoxide detector that went off.
None of the paper work with my particular transcation matched up, wrong SSN, wrong insurance (renters policy instead of homeowners policy), the house was sold under Continental Capital but was owned by another company "Genesis Investtment Company" I was not informed of this until they already had my $3000 down payment. I was lied to and told what they thought I wanted to hear for them to get my money.
Lots of Lies and 1/2 Truths from Continental Capital
"teddy" glad you finally are doing things more legal these days - I see you had to get business licenses for Genesis investment Company :) , Continental Capital and Sni-A-Bar Trust. I should send my good friend at the City of Independence a box of Chocolates for all her hard work... :cry

Dr Reister taught you well "teddy" :cry
FYI- the people at the end of the street trashed the house because they realized he was a "shady" business man and they were not getting any of their money back, since they were here illegally he most likely treatened them or intimidated them into leaving. The house had been remodeled due to a fire (probably a little jewish lightning) prior to the hispanic family moving in...yet when they vacated workers were there for over a week doing tile work and repairs. Seems kinda fishy to me.
I watch American Greed often, i'm waiting for "teddy's" ponzi scheme to catch up with him. :cry
anyone that has "purchased" a home from "teddy" should take all of the paperwork down to a RE attorney and have the doc's looked over - I think you will find that you really have NOTHING and "teddy" is laughing all the way to the bank.
My brother and his family and my mother and I all have bought homes from Continental or one of the companies you are complaining about. And I know at least two other hispanic couple have too because they referred us to Ted.
Continental even helped us save my cousins home when the bank messed up documents and was going to forclose. Sometimes Hispanic families have trouble finding someone who will help us own homes because we don't all have a credit history. The people at Continental have been great. They put everything in writing and even gave us a list of spanish speaking attorneys if we wanted one.
They have done everything they promised and more.
And, of course, we pay as agreed. Maybe if you'd tried that you'd have had a better experience.
You won't remember me but I lived in neighborhood where you got the house from Continental. I know 3 other people including the couple at the end of the street who live in a Continental house.
All with good experience. Maybe you should tell the truth of why you are trying to liable that person instead of trying to black mail someone to give you money after you tried to screw them. My brother in law worked for one of that man's companies for 4 years and always said they were the best people he had worked for.... It's a shame people like you, when you want something you can't have make up stuff to try to hurt people.
I'm glad you ran away to where ever. The neighborhood diserves better.
You must be a crook or an idioit or both......did 3 deals with this kc area company and they are the best ever..... they even found a mistake on my last deal an refunded over payment....
ive sent them half dozen people. They all thank me for hooking them up.
I'd do business with mr. Abele again in a heartbeat.
good one Ted or Renee or whoever really wrote this, you are shady and karma will handle this - just not soon enough. tell "bob" i said hi.
