- - Snap Seal mug seal deteriorated and leaks.

I bought and have used for many months the Contigo Snap Seal Technology/ Leak Proof Travel Mug the 10 Cent seal deteriorated and finally it now leaks. I told your customer care that I thought food safe silicone might last a lot longer and would not break down.
Next, I also have the Contigo Auto Seal Blue in color, I think it holds 20 OZ.
I sent your company photos of the filthy Q Tips I tried to use to clean the threads that are recessed into the cap they cannot be cleaned as the space between the cap and threads is very narrow, this could possibly become a health problem in the future? Not everyone owns or uses a Dish Washer!
