They "ACCIDENTALLY" deleted all of my RECURRING SUBSCRIBERS INFO

AND REFUSED TO TAKE accountability for their actions or even so much as ATTEMPT to recover the data! additionally - they THREATENED TO SUE if I write a negative review about their company! HA!

So of course I did write a negative review on 2 sites - to which they had the gall to attempt a catty rebuttal implying nonexistent wrongdoing on my part...irritating - considering I run my business HONESTLY LEGALLY and most importantly ETHICALLY - which is why I have an "A" rating with the better business bureau with 0 complaints on file..

Since You like to sling mud Art, I decided to do a little sleuthing...what I discovered was both interesting and DEEPLY DISTURBING:

Nice Try Art - LOL

Fortunately, my business operates in a 100% honest, legal and most importantly ETHICAL manner and keeps regular and thorough documentation (beyond what you had access to vandalize AFTER I WILLINGLY parted ways with your horrible organization -

who, GET THIS: isn't even CALLED CONTENTSHELF.COM -

DOES NOT DISCLOSE THAT IT"S REAL NAME IS really:

Web Services Corporation Inc

http://www.bbb.org/knoxville/business-reviews/web-design/web-services-corporation-in-knoxville-tn-9000****

who has: an "F" RATING WITH THE BBB

for: UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

FAILIURE TO RESPOND TO BBB COMPLAINTS

EXCESSIVE COMPLAINTS WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

My company, on the other hand, has an A rating with the Southern Nevada BBB with 0 unresolved active complaints..

Recap:

ME = "A" Rating with BBB, 0 Complaints

YOU = "F" Rating with BBB, "Numerous" complaints (per BBB website, see link)

If I were you Art, I wouldn't be so quick to throw around implications involving the word "fraud" especially if they are baseless untrue and unsubstantiatable even in the context of a suspicion

Additionally, Art:

Authorize.net was also very interested to first hear - then see for themselves evidence of your "techies" going into my account through the credentials you were provided to provision your shopping cart services AFTER I had WILLINGLY severed ties with your company and tampering with/deleting customer records - apparently your "techies" aren't good enough at it to cover their tracks effectively....

.

anyway, you may have landed yourself in hot water with the one thing that makes your crummy excuse for a shopping cart relevant - you should have just owned up to your mistake and made a good faith effort to retrieve the data you "accidentally" deleted rather than being childish and blameshifting - you may have just destroyed your company...

Bottom line about "ContentShelf.com" :

DON'T TRUST THEM

THEY DON'T EVEN DISCLOSE THEIR TRUE COMPANY IDENTITY - Go to

http://www.BBB.org and LOOK UP "CONTENT SHELF", "CONTENTSHELF" - or even the url "www.contentshelf.com"

according the the BBB, FTC, and the state of TN SOS (Secretary of State) office (Where they are headquartered and ALLEGEDLY incorporated):

THEY DO NOT EXIST

The ONLY way to find any evidence that this company exists beyond their website (no doubt to purposely hide the fact that they have a long history of companies that went under because Art and Charles DeVaughn perpetrated financial scams and FRAUD hiding behind the corporate vail, see below) is to go to BBB and look up a company in KNOXVILLE, TN (not Lexington, London, or Louisville KY as many search results will send you on a wild goose chase to believe they are in)

Their Sham Company is really called:

Web Services Corporation, Inc. (rather generic, no?)

it references an equally generic website www.webservicescorp.com that is aesthetically - extremely boring and archaic - probably on purpose - and if you dig through it your come across this page:

http://www.webservicescorp.com/wsc-brands.php

The one and only reference to Content Shelf's existence as a company....actually just a DBA (and not even necessarilly an official one, as the BBB, FTC, and State of TN SOS have NO RECORD OF THIS ENTITY ON FILE!! (see these links))

http://www.bbb.org    search for "Content Shelf" or "ContentShelf" or "Contentshelf.com" - 0 RECORD ANYWHERE IN

THE US

https://tnbear.tn.gov/ecommerce/filingsearch.aspx

The Secretary of State Business entity search IN THEIR HOME STATE - 0 RESULTS -

SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT AS WELL

http://www.ftc.gov

and search under the same 3 methods as BBB site - NO RECORD OF THIS ENTITY'S EXISTENCE - see second attached screenshot....

Oh - the BBB site does mention two other oober-generic website names as belonging to this "Web Services Corporation, Inc" - neither of them are currently operational though.

Google either one of them and you'll see countless allegations that those were

SCAMS - FINANCIAL FRAUD SCHEMES - AND PREDATORY BUSINESSES -

and if 2000 unrelated people all tell the same tale with no obvious common motive - it's PROBABLY TRUE....

These sites are:

http://www.automatedrecurringbilling.com

and

www.netmemberservices.com

(I know, total lack of imagination right? YAWN!!!)

Oh yeah - and NO MENTION OF "contentshelf.com" ownership on the BBB site....hmmmmmmm

FISHY!!!!

They "Accidentally" DELETED ALL of my Customer's records - RECURRING SUBSCRIBERS DETAILS AND CONTACT INFO - ALL OF IT

ContentShelf - They Accidentally DELETED ALL of my Customer's records - RECURRING...
ContentShelf - They Accidentally DELETED ALL of my Customer's records -... - Image 2

and then FLAT OUT refused to lift a finger to attempt to resolve the situation in good faith by attempting to recover the data - instead they resorted to picking up and hanging up the phone and emailing me (hiding behind a computer like cowardly children) and threatening to "sue" if I write a negative review about their company - HA!!!!

Of course I did- and they had the audacity to reply with some catty response implying wrongdoing on my part - nonexistent of course - so I decided to do some fact checking about this "ContentShelf" and came across some rather interesting - if not DISTURBING revalations:

First of all, Art, before I even BEGIN:
