Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I told him I wanted to spend more money I would just jump on the class action lawsuit is filed against them and ride that train next thing I know they had me taking a free exam online and sending me my new contacts

Took my money with the wrong RX and wont fix the issue without a update RX I just wont the right contacts so I drive work. Walk without running into anything

Lack of ability to find out shipping costs!

Oh sure...you show prices. Fine! And you offer a club membership for a shipping discount...$54.00...not acceptable! So what are the actual shipping costs when you buy an item on Stewmac.com. This is mystery. This is both deceptive and makes shopping hard. Why!? Hope you'll answer. But you can't be gotten a hold of either on the phone. All unacceptable!Don't buy until you know the answers!

Preferred solution: Would like clarification of shipping prices in addition to product prices. Chrome Gotoh bridge; chrome plug in jack; chrome strap holders.

User's recommendation: Don't buy until Stewmac can pick up a phone and answer their questions!

Predatory billing after cancellation to the tune of 10 times. I canceled my subscription January 8 after having issues receiving a $15 discount off my order to subscribe with them not only did I not get the money discounted.

they continue to try to charge my bank day after day until I finally had a deposit going to cover it mind you I had sufficient funds to cover the subscription had the $15 been included not to mention they caused me an overdraft. their solution was apply a discount next month. and I find it unacceptable has not only are they holding my checking account hostage literally hey I delivered to them via email on January 8 the official cease-and-desist since that day they have a tempted to swipe my card against my permission as well as request to stop. and long and behold this morning another attempt.

either they been hacked and infected with fleeceware. or our fraudulently continuing to try and charge me I reached out over five timesIn the same *** every morning I'm hitting send on this and then heading on over to the FTC website and attorney general websiteI told them in regards to my subscription. NO. And No means no!

Like stop means stop that aside they are decent Company to work with just not for or me I'm currently experimenting w contacts specifically whether to get extended wear or stay with dailies and don't have the money for my eye doctor for each visit to try

a different one.

which is what I was trying to do when they charge me for my last box at which point I decided that for me it's not gonna work I decided to go with feel good contact out of France where they do not require a prescription each time you switch lenses. I won't put that entirely on them however since the eighth of this month they have tried to charge me every day since my cancellation that strong arming me out of my own bank account if I wake up tomorrow morning and see if they tried again after today legal action will proceed
