Scraped my stolen info and is making money from it and won't remove it from website
Description of complaint:
My personal and professional data is been used by Contact Out without my explicit permission. I reached out to them to delete the disturbing information with no response and it still has not been removed and they are still using my data without my consent.
People and businesses are stalking me and I am a victim of domestic violence and cyberstalking it is traumatising having private information, like emails and phone numbers that they scraped from private profiles and then make money from it. Then ignore you when you ask for it to be removed. The Atorney General states "How a protected individual can demand deletion of information posted online under Gov. Code sections 6208.1(b) or 6254.21(c)(1): " but they are not doing it.
My LinkedIn profile is set to private and always has been, they are using information scraped from a data leak.
This company is selling my personal information without my consent of which could lead to harm. I demand this company immediately remove all of my information permanently.
Desired settlement:
REMOVE MY PRIVATE INFORMATION FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND STOP MAKING MONEY FROM IT
