I used Clear Care just as described with the special case and leaving contacts in solution for over 8 hours...and it burned my one eye so badly. I could not get the contact out and now my eye is swollen and very red and I can not wear contacts for a few days.
Have used this product many times and it has never done this. After reading reviews, I will never use this product again. Just saw a review about a class action law suit and I am in if there is one.
Will throw this product in the trash and tell everyone I know to throw it away. How can this company keep this product on the market when people are getting hurt. Shame on them!!!

I came home from a family Easter party and one of my family members had taken my usual B&L lens cleaning solutions . I had just bought the Clean Care product which was located right next to my usual product on the store shelf . Anyway I was a little tired and opened the C...

This product should not be sold over the counter. I've only used daily contacts, but the doctor switched me to a better monthly contact. I bought this thinking it was the same as contact solution you soak your contacts in overnight and in a contact lens case. I read the...

I used clear care as instructed but after an hour of wearing them my right eye turn red and kept pushing out yellow and clear mucus. I took them out cleaned everything and then left them in the case with solution for a week. Same result..

Be very cautious when using Clear Care - its not just another contact lens solution. The package is not so clear about the fact that It Can and Will Burn Your Eyes. The package should have a larger warning so that you will read the directions, not just grab, rinse and...
Burning eyes even after 13 hours soaked with clear care
by PissedConsumer1203373 #1203373
I’ve been using clear care contact lenses solutions for more than 5 years and never had a problem until 2 & a half years ago. I’ve soaked my contacts for 13 hours and still burn my eyes so bad...
burns and hurt and red even after several attempts of flushing my eyes with water and saline solution.
I’ll try to go back to the plain white container .. and see whether that white and blue container is the problem.
