Tracfone Ripoff / Poor Custumer Service

I purchased a 60 minute card.(I had 62.5min&21 days) Tried to add air time on 7/2/13. But received a text to contact customer center to complete transaction.

I called CC on 7/4/13 AM. I punched in several codes, they said keep my cell on I will receive the minutes. They sent a text at 7:47 am to contact CC to complete transaction. I contacted CC on 7/8/13, I talked to Jammal he said I received 60 min on 7/4.If so where's my service days.

He punched some keys & gave me 1 min/90 days I'm out 60/min.
