Consumer Direct has a grade of F at B.B.B.!
I noticed that Consumer Direct advertises that they are member of the BBB. They are however, they have a rating of F.This company is a scam company out of Nevada. I spoke to the Nevada insurance board and they stated that consumer Direct has vacated there liscense. They also vacated their DBA. Consumer direct is a auto waranty company that doesnt pay. They have cost me over $5000.00 in repairs that the policy covers. I payed them in full and I will never see any of this money. They dont even answer the phone. I have been waiting for almost two weeks on my latest auto claim. I cant afford to fix my A.C. because it cost $1700.00. Today is the 30th day in a row that reached 100 degrees and I am hot!

Aftermarket extended auto waranty are a scam
beware of Consumer Direct Warranty company and mepco financial company and any of there affiliates.they are a scam.do not let them talk you into making payments for your auto extended warranty contracts and don't give them your credit card number or bank info. I made the mistake of making automatic payments by credit card. One day I found fraudulent charges to this credit card and canceled it. I think it was someone at Consumer Direct Warranty or at mepco financial that made these charges knowing that I would cancel the card knowing no automatic payments would be aid to my account for my extended warranty and knowing that people forget to set up a different payment plan knowing that they will take all your money if you are found 90 days late. I lost over $1600 and no auto warranty. #1 its too expensive and they do not cover everything ex some parts and some labor they will not pay for.Your better off learning how to fix it yourself.
