I purchased my First Franchise from Consumer Care in 1995. I paid my Franchisee fees, got trained, got my equipment, in class training, had car sign installed on my car and got to work and earned money.

I bought 2 more Franchisees and developed and obtained hundreds of clients. I went to work at 8 and worked until 5 pm. Every other evening from 7-10 pm. By 1999 I owned 5 locations and had hundreds of residential customers and Commercial contracts.

I was provided Training, Equipment, supplies and have been support from my local and Head office.

23 years later I have a good life for my family. Thank you Consumer Care for All you do and did for me and my family!

Reward for catch the Consumer care maids CEO Darlene . She owned me $40,000. But I don’t know where I can find her for 10 years.

Bad business to buy into. It is based on lies and deception.

A big, huge scam to ripvyou off your initial fees.

Be careful if they ripped you off go to court right away. Do not give them your hard earned money

This company did a bad job cleaning. Then to top it off the put a steamer on our hardwood floor and damaged them.

The maid that came won’t pay for repairs and company keeps ignoring the email and phone calls DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY these guys are very bad and you do not want to get ripped off by these people.

Stay clear and use a good company. Bad cleaning bad service and all the do is take your money and run and hide from any problems that they cause.

Anyone thinking of Paying Darlene and her Trainer Nancy please be careful of these people, Darlene sells cleaning franchise and offer guarantee work and when you paid up and and waiting for work a team of husband and wife have to wait probably a week before there is any work and then it is a $130.00 for a $200.00 job. The trainer is Nancy as a leader she is rude and very uncooperative her workers get first dips on the job. No work for any one else and they hold back all the credit charges.SCAM be careful.

Any one thinking of Buying a Franchise for "Consumer Care MAID" should BEWARE. The sales woman lies and make promises get the money and then send another woman to train and collect the 22% franchise fee.

Part of this fee is for advertising, however the fl yer advertise her businesses and the maid services. The Sales Lady promise to have lots of work waiting but that is just a SCAM, she promise to do all advertising but that is a lie. If someone thinking of starting a cleaning business it is simple, you don't have to pay 22% of you money to some thieves.

The sale women say part of the deal is to make $40.00 and hour or $80.00 for 2 people. Wrong information and no advertising in the yellow page.

What a SCAM.

They should be lock up for fraud.

I am writing this to warn people.

First time user of the service. What a joke.

Who cleans only part of a sink and leaves soap and water residue on the rest? Who cleans the bowl of a toilet and note the rim or seat? They cleaned things they were not supposed to touch and didn't touch things they "say" they cleaned on the sheet they left. Supposedly they handwashed the floors but judging by the big gouge on my dishwasher door I call B.S.

and say they must have had a mop with a metal handle to do that. And what the *** did they use on my expensive cook top? Some dirty rag with????? on it by the looks of it.

Run Calgary Run!

Don't use this outfit. If this is the quality of their first time service what on earth do they do to existing customers?

Do not believe what the owner of the business tells you. When we inquired about the business she said to just provide her my availability and they will give me a week schedule of cleaning.

I thought it's a good business because I do not have to find my own clients but as soon as I got the franchise, I rarely get a call for a cleaning job and now she's telling me to distribute fliers to find my clients. What a ripped off!!! She is a liar!!! She cannot give me clients as she promised!

I only get to do once a week job and oftentimes, none at all! So to all of you who is interested in a cleaning business, do not get Consumer Care Maids or you'll regret it!

Consumer Care Maids franchise is a fraud.

You start with $5,000 and they pay for everything else, big BS. You hade to pay for absolutely everything, uniforms,advertising, new vacuums/they give you used one/hours, $750.00 for 10 hours. They never give you hours that you paid for. We paid for everything or they will take your clients.We had 10 girls working for us and we lost everything. They still money & cheques from us, and lied that client did't paid. Becouse she was lazy to do annything + she takes 29% every week from you.Lady that owns CCM franchise dose not care she gets her %.

They do not give you you back deposit for weekly hours.

For 1 year that we had CCM frachise we had lost all our money.

They hate immigrants and african - americans.
