DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CID!
The purpose of this email is to let you know that I am very disappointed with the snowblower attachment I bought brand new for $6000 less then 3 seasons ago. The Chinese hydrolic motors you put on your attachments have seals that fail every 18 months.
I would be embarrassed to put the stamp "Made in the USA" on this implement. The first motor that failed I had to send back in through your warranty department. This put me out of commission for over a week and did not cover my labor of taking the old motor out and putting the new motor in. The same motor failed again 1 year and 9 days later!
and you refused to replace this part. This is a disgusting way to do business.
Bobcat puts American made motors on their implements. Just want you to know that I feel like I was robbed!
Preferred solution: I want a replacement Hydrolic motor
