Unfinished work
First off BJ and his crew did a very good job installing a new deck on our home. The one star review is that the job is not finished and my wife and I have reached out several times with no response.
My wife left a post on the company Facebook page asking that the job we paid for be finished and the post was deleted.
We will have to find another contractor to finish the job that was already paid for. I would go with another company for your new deck.

SCAMMED ON DECK!!DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU GET A BUILD DATE
I can only say what a scam gave the owner Rich Kupchinski 6000.00 dollars of my money as a deposit big mistake and over 4 months later still no deck!! he comes up with every excuse in the book including his deli numbering system in which your deck is supposed to be built which he claims for every number you wait is one weeks time to build total joke!!Absolutely no communication with his clients and he acts like he is doing you a favor when you question him, I basically heard every excuse in the book from rain delays ,vacations and a sick bug running through his workers and secretary total waste of my time and i still have no deck 4 months later.
None the less avoid his work and look elseware there are plenty of good people that do decks and stone work on the outside of your home !

we also dealt with Dream decks and had a similar issue he is the worst deck builder i have ever dealt with and i AM ON MY THIRD HOME AND THIRD DECK HE TRYS TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER BY DELIVERING BIG PROMISES AND NEVER DELIVERS !
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF RICH kUPCHINSKI IS A FLAT OUT LIAR!!!
I would not reccommend him at all he says he has a good reputation i find that hard to believe he takes a very large deposit and has a deli system for starting and completing your deck which should be kept in a supermarket in the deli line, not building a deck for 20,000. dollars!
