Looking for deferred payment
Called because i had lost my part time job do to health reasons was looking for options one option was deferred payment was waiting on answer got disconnected called back but got a different lady she i had to wait till next month

The agent we were working was supposed to call at a certain time. We waited and no call.
She said the number she had on file went directly to voicemail. Which is a crock.
She never called. Cant trust ppl like this.

Freedom Debt Relief, beware of Consolidated Plus
I thought Freedom Debt Relief was helping me get my bills together and get them paid. After paying religiously over 2 years quite a bit of money to find very few things paid.
Because I paid so well they wanted me to join something call Consolidated Plus where they will pay off my debt in full and then I would just pay them. When asked if it would be additional charges I was assured maybe a couple of hundred. This cost me an extra $4,000. They had two different dates on my contract .
Every single person I've talked to has a different answer the most frustrating experience in my life please they act like they want to help you but they not they just want your money that's it they're just as bad as the other people out there and back they're worse cuz they say they're trying to help you on their knocked and I'm a single person it might be good for a married couple that has a lot of income but I don't. They are soaking me for over 300 a month.
What shocked me the most is when I found out that they pocketed more of the money in their pockets than they did paying my bills. I have plenty more to tell if anyone is interested let me know.

They sounded fishy. They wouldn’t even give me a range for the interest rate or the fees. They repeated told me “everybody is different” when I asked these questions.
