Conscious Pets in Durham, North Carolina - This company is a scam
I purchased an "activation ball" from this company and it broke within 5 minutes of my dog playing with it. When I contacted the company, they asked me to send a picture of my item showing that it was defective. Even though this made no sense, I did, and was told that my refund was being processed. This was 1 month ago and I still have not received a refund. This company is a total scam, and to make matters worse, they advertise relentlessly on social media. They will surely scam many more people. Don't buy from them!
