Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I scheduled an appointment for 2 brand new tires, paid in full online. The tires were in stock when I scheduled and paid online.
Left work early to make it to my appointment for me to sit in the waiting area and they came back out to tell me my tires were not there. They asked me to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday morning in which I told them I could not. I have two special needs boys that I have to get to school and I also have to be at work, in which I already left early for today. He then told me he could schedule me for a later time on Monday or Tuesday in which I said ok and asked about them compensating me with something because I had to leave work early and I have to wait even longer to get my tires that I really need to get me and my children around and in a timely and safe manner.
He told me yea I should be able to do something for you, give me a minute and he would go see exactly what he would be able to do. He came back with a very rude and nasty woman who put her arms up and shrugged saying theres nothing we can do, I mean the tires arent here in a very rude tone. She then proceeds to tell me they do not control online and whats on THIER site. The next thing out of her mouth is her trying to dismiss me and issue me a refund in which I told her I dont want a refund I want my tires and she proceeded to get smart and I called my father since he is the one that paid for my tires and she got smart with him as well.
Going as far to even make it seem like it was our fault for going through the online process. She told him well if you would have called the store then things could have been handled better and proceeded to say Im not going to argue. I am very upset and in disbelief because I thought they treated customers kind and fair. This was one of the rudest ladies Ive ever encountered.
Her name is Nancy Regula. Her whole demeanor was that way from the moment she approached me. No greeting. No remorse.
I am a single mother, working 6 days a week, with two special needs children that need extra care/appointments/therapies that I need to take them to and I am very disappointed in not being able to get my service completed and also wasting my time and traveling/leaving work early, and getting a sitter to watch my kids. And to be treated so rude and nasty and like I was nothing was so disappointing.

Poor installation of new tires.
New tires, new valve stems. Put about $1400.00 of new tires on my two vehicles.
Traveling with approximately 500 miles on the new tires, and flat on the highway. Got home, returned to Conrads in Willoughby and told the valve stem was faulty. I asked how it went bad with around 500 miles on tire, if they were replaced as Conrads installation quotes new valve stems? I was informed by Dave at the Willoughby store, Conrads doesnt replace valve stems with new tires.
I bought two sets of tires! I paid for new valve stems.
I have been cheated and had undue stress. What will you do about it.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Be sure new valve stems with new tires

Taken advantage of...
I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation on 4/20 at Strongsville location for a 1:00 appt. My car wasn't taken back until 1:24.
They couldn't rotate my tires because he said I needed a new set. Maybe they should have told me up front so I could have taken my car elsewhere for an oil change and tire rotation. Lastly, the TPMS light was on when they took my car back they should have checked the tire pressure and filled them.
Low tire pressure can cause tires to blow out!!! I tried to submit my complaint on the email and text they sent but apparently the site only accepts good reviews because mine would not go through.
Tire Change
Had Conrad's on Lorain Ave replace my tires 3 weeks ago. Took it back a week later due to excessive vibration when driving.
They said they could find no problems with it, but instead gave me a quote for $786.00 for new front struts. Took vehicle to Ford to look at. They found all four tires had been inflated to 45psi. Tires are rated at 32psi.
Got charged $60.00 by Ford. This is inexcusable for someone to over inflate tires that much.
Also, Ford said my front struts were fine and did not need replacing. This is not the first time something like this has happened at Conrad's.
- Recommended spending more money on repairs i did not need
- Unable to find solution to problem

Resolved: Can't even fix a tire!
The manager called us the next day apologizing. He took our car and went to the dealer and had the glitch fixed and returned it back to us. Nice to see such great customer service, I really do appreciate it!
Went to get my tire fixed, after 3 attempts to fix it, having to go back and waiting several hours , they told me to go to the dealer to get it fixed (but still charged me $85). I had a bad experience there before but I was desperate to get my tire fixed.I have never been somewhere that they tell you you have to go somewhere else to get something fixed but STILL charge you for the work they didn't do.
They are rude and condensing, save your money and go somewhere else! I will never go back.
Conrad's Master Mechanic Drained My Oil And Sent Me Home
After going to Conrad's Service Centers for some years with only minor problems, for some reason their master mechanic took a dislike to me and began making "mistakes" while repairing my car, like draining my oil out and not adding any more when he wasn't even supposed to be doing an oil change to begin with. Like constantly causing my car alarm to go off over and over again to irritate customers and other mechanics until I told him to keep a door or trunk latch partially open to prevent the car's alarm from automatically arming again and again or to let me disarm the alarm so not to let it automatically keep arming when he opens and closes the car door.
And although I will never be able to prove it, I believe he caused damage to other parts of my car that before I brought the car in, had no problems. I am looking for a reliable mechanic and automotive repair center that I feel confident going to for my car repairs. Conrad's at the Richmond Mall is definitely not a shop that I would trust with my car or any family or friends cars ever again. Did I mention that they told me the repairs would take three hours, but winded up taking nine hours while I waited in the waiting room before they tried to send me home with no oil in my car, potentially causing my engine to lock up resulting in very expensive repairs.
I can't help but wonder if that was the MASTER mechanic's PLAN to begin with.
Take some advise from someone who has been there, Don't trust Conrad's with repairing your car. But if you do, have someone else to double check behind Conrad's work, proving they did something wrong later on when your engine locks up, or brakes fail, could prove to be very difficult to do.
