I was switched off on a Sunday of all potential days to do so! I cannot now get in touch to be turned back on, although I've paid in my portal and I have 3 children at home 5, 4 and 1 all waiting because EVERYTHING in my home requires internet.
I am personally pretty frustrated that no one is available in office of on live chat to speak on a Sunday however its a potentiality to be switched off on a Sunday. My bill has been paid but I still have no Internet. I worked all day yesterday and all through the week commencing and I'm now having to arrange this on a weekday when I have no availability due to working at a hospital.
The service here is shocking. Don't switch people off over the weekend if your not available or in office as that's not diverse to those of us who can't contact you on a weekday due to working themselves!

They are available during the week 8am till 6pm and Saturday 10am till 4pm. You did not work almost 60 hours over six days.
You need to pay your bill on time. You don’t wait till it’s past due.
Also, three children are Nader five will survive without the internet. Do better and pay your bills when you receive them or better yet set up auto pay.
