Wrongful termination

AI Highlights
  • - Shift was over; I signed out.
  • - I did two drug tests and sent results to ConnectRN.
  • - No payment yet; direct deposit is set.

They said I abandoned my shift. But my shift was over.

I had to call the scheduler for the code so the supervisor could sign me out. I had already given report and counted the narcotics with oncoming nurse. I was also told I had to get drug tested which I did in the timeframe allotted. I actually took 2 drug tests one of which I paid for that was a rapid test.

I sent both to ConnectRN and have not heard from them and have not received my paper check even though I signed up for direct deposit. I may have to contact the department of labor.
