Well even the number I got came to the department of energy and they told me they didn't have a ability to transfer to the other side of the building which is the department of environmental protection I don't remember the two joining but it's got to be a bad idea and nobody there knows what the hell's going on and you can't get a number for fishing and licensing I've been a resident of the state for 60 years left move to Florida came back on a fish with my grandchildren non-resident and a veteran and now they want me to pay $55 full price for non-resident license when it was posted as 15 plus 15 for assault water license when nearly every other state in the Union doesn't require anything for retired individuals over 65 or veterans Connecticut is just such a *** state the roads are hideous and now they combined the part of energy in the department of environmental protection why don't you just put boxing gloves on both of them put them in the ring
