Resolved: Lack of response, exorbitant shipping costs, shady no refund policy
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I placed an order for face masks and hit the payment button before I saw the ridiculous cost of shipping - basically the same cost as the products I ordered! I tried to stop the payment but could not, I immediately sent an email stating I wanted to cancel my order, with no response.
I also responded to the order email, with no response. Less than 3 hours later I received an email stating the order had shipped. I went to the website to find a phone number and there was none.
Then I found the "No Refund" policy buried on the website stating there are no options once you order and you cannot stop credit card payments! This company is a complete scam!!!DO NOT
