Bad managemen/bad customer service
These are individual offices and but they say they are corporate. The Yonge st office was a bad experience.

Horrible *** company
They keep calling me with a complimentary hearing test offer I'm already hard of hearing and I've told them to stop calling me came to point where I blocked them and they then figured out how to email me so I'm now writing a complaint this company is horrible and probably a scam so if you see them email or call you just block and delete

Receptionist not helpful
If you read lips, DO NOT GO TO THE CONNECT HEARING IN CASTLEDOWNS! The receptionist there REFUSED to lower her mask, even though there was a screen there for protection.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
